HiiT SQUAD Classes

HiiT SQUAD: High Intensity Interval Training is for people looking to scorch fat, build muscle, and kick ass. Our fast paced-30 minute class is designed to challenge people of all ability levels while fitting into everyone’s hectic life.

    • 10:00-10:30 AM
    • 5:00-5:30 PM
    • 6:00-6:30 PM
    • 7:30-8:00 PM
  • Saturday
    • 10:00 – 10:30 AM
    • 10:40 – 11:10 AM

MET-STRONG Classes

MET-STRONG (Metabolic Conditioning-Strength Training): Incorporates olympic weightlifting, plyo-metrics, gymnastics, power lifting, sprints and agility work to develop the most capable you.

    • 5:30-6:30 PM (Speed Format)
    • 6:30 – 7:30 PM
